Midwifery Care
My mission is to assist women and new families to have the birth they desire while ensuring safety. I am homebirth friendly and can provide initial, 36-week, and 42-week risk assessments that comply with ADH policy and procedure. If a problem develops in your pregnancy, a plan of care can be initiated, and co-management of moderate-risk conditions can be instituted.
CPM will contact Cindy via phone, text, or email that she has a client who would like to schedule a RA.
My role is to provide the clinical documentation necessary for your home birth journey. I work in collaboration with your midwife by providing HIPAA secure faxed risk assessments and clinical recommendations, if any, during your pregnancy.
While your Midwife manages your primary pregnancy, labor, delivery, newborn, and postpartum care--I provide the essential antepartum medical services you may need, including:
Prescribing necessary medications
Ordering labs, ultrasounds, and diagnostic screenings
Coordinating durable medical equipment, such as breast pumps
Treating specific pregnancy-related conditions.
Obtaining referrals for specialized care, iron infusions, level II ultrasounds and Biophysical Profiles should there be a need for this in pregnancy
By providing access to these clinical assets, I help you maintain, and provide documentation of your low-risk risk status necessary for a safe and successful home birth with your primary midwife.

Hormone and Endocrine Health
I provide comprehensive care for hormonal, metabolic, and endocrine conditions affecting women's health from adolescence through menopause. My approach focuses on improving underlying health, reducing symptoms, and lowering long-term health risks — not quick fixes.
Hormones and metabolism affect nearly every aspect of a woman’s health—including energy levels, menstrual cycle, fertility, mood, weight regulation, and long-term disease risk. When these systems are out of balance, symptoms can develop gradually and often overlap.
I evaluate the root causes of your symptoms and create individualized treatment plans based on your history, labs, and goals.
