As a CNM, APRN, I offer comprehensive women's health services, including initial and 36-week risk assessments, for women planning a home birth with a CPM. LLM. I also provide treatment for ordinary women's problems like urgent care, depression, anxiety, and hormone imbalances.

Weight loss and Nutritional Services
Welcome to our weight loss assistance program! I am excited to support you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I am here here to provide guidance, motivation, and personalized strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll achieve your goals and celebrate your successes every step of the way.
FDA-approved medications and compounded GLP-1s are available for those who meet criteria. An initial lab will be ordered, along with monthly nutritional counseling, weigh-ins, and monitoring for side effects. Medications will be called to your pharmacy of choice or sent directly from the manufacturer.
Midwifery care
My mission is to assist women and new families to have the birth they desire while ensuring safety. I am home birth friendly and can comanage care with your chosen Midwife, for any problems that may occur, order diagnostics, prescribe needed medications, and keep you safe at home. I do not attend your home birth.
I do not bill insurance, but provide you with a superbill with all necessary information on it so you can file for reimbursement or use toward HSA cards. All insurance companies reimburse for CNM care.

Meet Cindy Shaw
MSN, CNM, APRN
Cindy’s midwifery career has spanned over 30 years including attending to obstetrical clients in the hospital, birth center, and home birth settings. Currently, she is choosing to serve the women under the care of Certified Professional Midwives in Arkansas who desire homebirth.
She provides risk assessments, consultation, co-management, diagnostic testing, and prescriptive management for both pregnant and well women. I believe every woman should have the opportunity to have their birth experience be one of empowerment and beauty. I believe in a woman's ability to choose what is right for her body, her spirit, and her soul.
