I can provide early progesterone therapy, treat hyperemesis gravidarum, manage thyroid issues, GBS, Therapeutic rest, RhoGAM, or any other medication that the client needs prescribed during pregnancy, or postpartum. I will co-manage low-moderate risk clients along with their midwife with a written plan of care to ensure a safe home birth. I provide all necessary forms and work with CPMs to get diagnostics, labs, consultations, iron infusions, and referrals to higher echelons of care if needed in pregnancy. My services are much more convenient than going to the health department or waiting for an office visit. I am very homebirth friendly and believe in the power of birth. Telemedicine makes this easy with zoom or facetime.

In Arkansas, Certified Nurse Midwives are primary care providers for women from menarche through menopause. I am available for telemedicine urgent care visits for simple problems such as hyperemesis, urinary tract infections, upper respiratory infections, and refills for previously prescribed medications.
